I want to setup my email account in Outlook or another offline mail program. What are the server settings?
Incoming (POP) e-mail server: mail.[yourdomain] (where yourdomain is your web site address, i.e., rndweb.com)
Outgoing (SMTP) email server: mail.[yourdomain] or the outgoing mail server of your ISP
Username: your COMPLETE email address (i.e., jsmith@yourdomain.com)
Password: your current email password. If you have forgotten your password, either contact your webmaster or us.
Note: If using mail.[yourdomain] as your outgoing mail server, you must set "My outgoing mail server requres authentication" to "Yes". Your outgoing mail authentication is the same as your email account login and password as described above. |
